Sharjah is the third largest emirate in the UAE after Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

This photo was taken at Al Nahda Interchange on Al Ittihad Road, travelling north from Dubai to Sharjah. There is not much traffic right now, but at peak times the road can come to a stand-still.

You can see the residential tower blocks of south Sharjah in the distance, beyond the bridge.
